Indications:
- When attempting to navigate to http://webex.cornerpost.net, the browser shows only a white blank page and states "Done" in the status bar.
Causes:
- Browser security may be set too high.
Solution: Set browser security to medium.
The directions below outline configuration of security within a Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser. If you are using a different browser, refer to that particular browser's documentation for assistance.
- Within Microsoft Internet Explorer, click "Tools > Internet Options..."
- On the "Security" tab, click the "Internet" icon at the top that resembles a globe.
- Click the "Custom Level..." button.
- In the "Reset to:" section, select "Medium" from the dropdown list.
- Click the "Reset" button.
- Click "Yes" when prompted.
- Click "OK" twice.
- Close the current Internet Explorer.
- Open a new Internet Explorer and try the website again.
If problems persist, ensure that internet access is available and that port 80 and port 443 are not being blocked.
