TotalTrac is a web-based application that allows you to maintain a current inventory of all your organization's assets, submit and track work orders, run reports on assets, and much more! Any physical asset may be added, and since it is hosted by CornerPost Software, there is no server to buy and maintain, so it keeps cost low while also saving you money.

Upon logging into TotalTrac, you view your organization's inventory of assets. Information about your assets is displayed in neat columns that can also be sorted.

Finding assets is also made easy by an asset filtering tool and a search feature so that users can find the asset they need, do what they need to do, and get on with life.
 
Easy to Use
Entering assets is a simple wizard-based process that allows you to enter the asset along with detailed information about it such as it's physical description, barcode number, purchase date, purchase price, current status and so on.  You can also associate files with your new asset such as drivers, manuals in electronic format, and drivers, as well as pictures which will be conveniently displayed next to the asset's information.  
 
User Permissions
As the administrator of your TotalTrac site, you can create as many users as you like.  Each user can have different permissions.  There are predefined permission groups for convenience, or you can choose to select custom permissions which are easy to understand and clearly defined.
 
Creating Trouble Tickets (a.k.a. Work Orders)
Once your assets have been added into TotalTrac, a trouble ticket is a snap to create when an asset experiences a problem.  Depending on your organization, you may give every user their own username, or if you have a large user base, you might prefer to create accounts only for your supervisors and technicians.  All other users who are allowed to create trouble tickets may be given a guest account. 
 
Viewing Trouble Tickets
Viewing your trouble tickets is a single click away.  You can filter the trouble tickets by Status and Severity, as well as by technician.
